Play Mass Effect first. Each game in the Trilogy should take you around 30-40 hours each to see most of what they offer. Definitely take your time with ME3 and play the Citadel DLC right before you launch the point of no return mission.
I ended up wiping this run during the first attempt to subdue the Netherbrain. I didn't have enough Inspirations and got some BAD rolls ๐
It's an Honour Mode playthrough too, so there was absolutely nothing I could do. No safe reload back to a time when the hulking Druid was still alive.
Halsin...I'm so sorry. You weren't supposed to die on Orin's altar to an AoE. Your big, strong bear arms and mossy scent will be sorely missed. I'm sorry, my friend. #BaldursGate3 #BG3 #Halsin #Funeral
Karlach would be over the moon about High Harper Jaheira joining their adventure to Baldur's Gate if she wasn't so pissed about finding out her old boss Enver Gortash is one of the Cult of The Absolute's leaders. #BaldursGate3 #BG3
The Githyanki Creche learned the hard way just how lethal a Paladin of Selune and Cleric of Shar can be when they work together. #BG3 #Shadowheart #Tav

I spent 10 minutes on X (I refuse to call it Twitter now because it's finally sunk in that the site is NOT Twitter any longer) and got super aggravated. Other than checking in on the people who didn't come over to Bluesky it's just not worth spending much time on there anymore.
Dagger is struggling with her Dark Urge to murder Isobel, Cleric of Selune. Having no memory of her past she gave in to her terrible thoughts until she accidentally became a hero by defeating the Goblin leaders, saving the Tieflings. Now she fights against her Dark Urge. #BG3 #DarkUrge
Well...I'm playing BG3 right now. I'm doing a Durge run that began with my new character Dagger giving in to her urges until she accidentally became a hero by killing everyone at the Goblin Camp, saving the Tieflings in the process and realizing she wanted to do better going forward.
I very much doubt that was a typo. Illiteracy seems to be a common denominator with the far right crowd, which comes as no surprise to me.

That was sick ๐ฎ
I'm doing a Gale Origin playthrough for the first time and I'm enjoying getting to know him better. So far I had only done Shadowheart and Dark Urge's Origin playthroughs but I decided I'm going to do every single Origin.
Based. A game's most important features should be that it plays well and engages the player consistently. Good graphics are damn nice but they don't make up for a game being awful to play.
Some of the best lines come from evil playthroughs.
"I am fangs and teeth. I am bloodlust made flesh."
I had trouble sleeping for days after watching that one for the first time. I'm generally a rational person but demonic possession stuff makes my blood run cold for some reason.
I hope this helps anyone who is confused
What threw me was BioWare copy-pasting the same 2 or 3 faces onto every Asari. Most of them looked like Dr. Lexi T'Perro and it really threw me off because I don't remember the ME Trilogy having that problem.
Some of the plot elements and character animations were pretty awful at times but I just don't feel like those were big enough problems to ruin the game for me. I really loved the exploration and terraforming aspects and the combat was seriously the best in the series imo.

Mass Effect Andromeda is actually a great game despite its faults
I wish there were an option to really rub it in once the Council comes begging for Shepard's help in ME3 when their home worlds are under attack by the "Reapers"
In my headcanon she becomes the Chosen of Selune and leads a legion of critters including Scratch and the Owlbear around Faerun taking down Sharran cloisters and dispelling curses wherever she finds them.
