I don't really think of details like this for my OCs as much as I probably should.

When I do, I try for what seems repeatable, isn't easy to miss, and is balanced between too much or too little to get the desired idea across. Seems you've considered that as well.

I'd personally go with 1, 4, or 5.

I really need to practice that more. I remember I usually draw mermaids with fin ears and the typical elf/fairy/tiefling pointy ears, but I kinda want to mess around with it and see what sticks. Ya know?

First time I've almost regretted missing one in a long time. Almost.
