Only now adding a wait track for online events received while another is still resolving! Until now, especially because it's generally a 2 player game, events generally promoted each other. Now, I've find an issue when two players try to join a room simultaneously.

Big swath of icons today - rooms now show their status clearly, and a toggle to allow watchers in your room has been added too! If a no-watchers room has two players seated, it disappears from the room list. #kyoukai #indiegamedev

BTW! Replays have been getting saved for a while now. I don't have a good way to read them yet... but it's a log of all events the game sends online. So basically, everything a WATCHER would receive! If watchers work during a game, then this log should be readable later. #indiegamedev #godot

Some more Kyoukai cards have been in the works lately, art included, as I continue getting ready for the launch of a series of Alpha testing weekends! For now, it's time to nitpick. Which of these 3 versions of Zodiac Prophecy do you like the most?

in both cases, using block or prayer on the summons around her (instead of directly on feng herself) will function as expected.

Feng is always checking the cards around her and gaining the highest stats possible from among them. Block simply adds 9 defense in this case - so her defense should go up from what she calculates herself. Prayer switches PRINTED stats however, which for Feng, is 0/0 and so nothing happens.

Small engine tweak this morning to align some rulings with expected behavior. #indiegamedev #godot

A watcher in Kyoukai shows a full understandable game state by just receiving packets with minimal allowed inputs. How did I not realize that very watcher mode is simply all a replay needs to be? Holy crap I think kyoukai's problem list is CLEARED!

The state engine is now fully operational! Hot dog!! Here's what it looks like to navigate from the title screen to an online game, and then some online rewinds. This is in the public steam demo now! #indiegamedev #gamedev

Cards in your main deck are not loaded objects - as such, drawing cards spawns new objects into the scene tree, and putting them back into deck despawns them. Spawn and Despawn behavior is now working in the state engine, which means it's now FEATURE COMPLETE! #kyoukai #indiegamedev #godot

Spawn/despawn cards still needs to be worked on, but otherwise, the State Engine is working on most major operations! Online, the player that STARTS the sequence will be able to request a rewind 3 times a game, and the opponent will have to approve it. #indiegamedev #godot

Along with the battle puzzles structure, I've also updated the solo mode a bit! When you back out of solo chapter, the solo menu will still be showing the chapter you just played. Also, when you FINISH a chapter, it will mark it that way permanently! #indiegamedev #kyoukai #godot
