Pure and simple: the money comes from YOU AND ME over the past year when we spend on products that have tariffs on them. Trump then takes some of that money and gives it to farmers, farmers who are being hurt by HIS TARIFFS. THIS IS NOT COMPLEX. It is a shell game by Trump who cheats always.
