Today, the Supreme Court finally affirmed what I have been saying for a year: the Administration's reckless tariffs are illegal.

The President calling Supreme Court Justices “unpatriotic” and “influenced by foreign powers”—simply for upholding the Constitution and the law in the tariffs decision is dangerous and wrong.
 
These reckless attacks on an independent judiciary undermine the rule of law.

These sweeping tariffs hurt small businesses, dried up markets for our farmers, and raised costs for families by an estimated $1,700.

It is time to bring down costs and put our economy back on track, not hit our country with even more tariffs.

Live Nation loses bid to dismiss DoJ antitrust lawsuit, trial set for March - Music Business Worldwide US District Judge Arun Subramanian granted Live Nation’s motion for summary judgment on some claims while allowing others to proceed.

A judge rejected Live Nation-Ticketmaster’s bid to dismiss the Justice Department’s monopoly case. 
 
That means fans, artists, and independent venues are one day closer to getting their day in court.
