I wonder if there's also a difference legally between a tool automatically labelling an image vs a human doing it

potential sales lost, reputation hit, etc from the labelling

There was an artist who got falsely labelled, I think just before a con, and though the appeal went through quickly and resolved there was still the issue of

I didn't know the manga Ichi the Witch was written by the Mairimashita! Iruma-kun mangaka, Osamu Nishi, until yesterday-so I checked it out, and damn Ichi the Witch also kicks ass huh

(It's also apparently the first Shouen Jump series to have both a female writer and female artist)

Yeah, but if they manage to do anything with it, I guess that's more than hoped for. A wiped working iPad would be nice, one worth a bit more as parts in a trade in would also be a step up from the current situation

Service was able to try data recovery, but it ultimately failed, and they think it would again, so they want to send it off to their main location. They wanted/needed the PIN-which lmao absolutely not-so it will have to get wiped. Hopefully there was nothing important on it I forgot about
