If you're looking for fascism, you should never look for the government to say they're fascists, you just look for when the government says being anti fascist is a crime.
Fascism often gets portrayed as coldly logical and efficient which is funny when you look at it and see how they keep having to invent fake science to believe in because the other stuff has too many of the so-called lesser races being correct

They know how to be bigoted, and being asked to justify it makes them stumble because bigotry has never been rooted in logic, but a gut reaction of hatred, cowardice, and pettiness.
At it's core, DOGE's mission was "certain people don't deserve consideration." The idea that it's inherently unfair.
People describing these doge staffers as "not understanding" piss me the hell off. They understand perfectly. They are grown ass adults with agency and full charge of their facilities. the issue is it's an emotional reaction of a collection of '-ism' and they are being asked to justify it.
While Mamdani has done a lot of good in other ways, he has the same squeamishness the other dems do about embracing trans people, the same belief that it's "unpopular."
It shows in his fear to embrace us and desire to redirect attention from how we're being abandoned.
