Really happy with the improvements we introduced in v9.3.0.

Isn't it a mainstream opinion?
Backend architecture didn't evolve much in the past 20 years, while frontend drastically changes (and back) every 6 months or so.
As most backend eng I know say: "You do frontend? I could never do this shit".

They had incentive in place in the past.
Year ago I received 2 years of free storage after reaching a certain level (each review/photo posted gives some points). They should do this more often.

I guess the cloud product is not mature enough. And it's hard to build a cloud on top of an 8 years old offline desktop app and make everything smooth and logical...
Upside is, I start getting more feedback and I start seeing what cloud customers want.
Trust the process they say 😉

Yes, indeed, drawing the line is hard!

Current situation: decent MRR and growth, significant churn (there is still growth), not enough to pay myself yet.
Not sure if the growth is a real trend (only ~6-8 months of data since launch) or if everything will collapse tomorrow 😅
I want to believe!

I think not quitting when it starts to be though is a fantastic skill to have.

I'm also in a hard spot and it's so tempting to just quit and go back to a 9-5 job 😅
