back when i drew her card i had the idea of giving her a power where she gains psychic abilities when pregnant that intensify as she swells up, and i gotta revisit that idea cause it's such a great way to make haley an even more deranged character

If the issue is just the top strap, one could try cutting it off to replace with a larger; some hobby stores actually sell basic leatherworking supplies.

Sadly, my own expertise with that sort of crafting is limited, so I can't offer any advice. But it might be worth a shot!

Only advice I can offer is to be careful with size, unfortunately. xP
Mine is a bit big on me, it's meant for a great dane. But it fits well enough. I'm sure one could get a dog's muzzle that fits perfectly on a human-shaped head, it's just a matter of narrowing down the right model.
