WE'VE PUT OUT SO MUCH MONEY JUST THIS MONTH FOR A MOVE THAT SHOULD'VE GONE SMOOTHLY IF ONLY THEY HAVE COOPERATED FROM THE START HECK EVEN FIXED THE DAMAGES FROM THE START

first off WE WERE JUST MOVING IN ISN'T IT STANDARD THAT EVERYTHING IN SHIP SHAPE AND THAT'S ON THE LANDLORD'S SIDE TO HANDLE BUT WE SAID WE CAN DO IT FOR THEM SINCE WE WANNA MOVE IN IMMEDIATELY AND NOW THEY DONT WANNA PAY FOR THE REPAIRS AT ALL

with the agreement that they'll reimburse the materials and costs

a week before we move in suddenly they decided oh well we can't have the pipes (which we dysfunctional) fixed bc yada yada the house is like a "car" they were renting and basically the tenants were responsible for all the repairs

lemme just rant herecuz im about to lose it

throughout the whole month of september i have been so stressed working on comms just to save up for moving out and then we came to an agreement from the landlord that ye we'll handle all the outsourcing for the repairs and stuff for the apartment
