Advantage is great if you are relatively healthy and are sure you will stay that way. It’s a gamble.

My wife gets an expensive injection each month that Medicare allows $1900 for. If we had Advantage, we’d pay 20% of that $1900 as a copay each month. $4,560 a year. We pay nothing with our Plan G.

One more reason to not live in Florida.

$185 a month for my Medigap Plan G. Covers everything Medicare does not (basically the 20% copay) except for the yearly deductible.
