Petropoulos & Lanner Labs (Homepage)

Try our Early embryogenesis prediction tool. Hopefully it will be useful for the community to benchmark and explore embryo model data. I have found it very useful when reviewing manuscript with such datasets. Just upload and in a few minutes 😁

A comprehensive human embryo reference tool using single-cell RNA-sequencing data Nature Methods - This resource integrates different human embryo datasets to create a transcriptional reference map of human embryonic development from zygote to gastrula.

Happy to share our new paper as a first post on BlueSky. We have generated a gene reference tool spanning from zygote to gastrulation in the human embryo which can assist to automatically call lineage of query cells. Very useful tool in benchmarking stem cell models!
