No, my friend didn’t break HIPPA. He did, however, have his soul crushed so hard knowing what those people went through being on that list.

He’s now a personal trainer because he can’t tell his clients there is hope when the system insures there is none.

I know someone who is a therapist that worked for a major city. His entire case-load was sex-offenders in mandatory counseling.

At least 50% were on the list for public urination. Their whole lives ruined because they had to piss but had no bathroom access.

This is NOT justice. This is cruelty.

I hoped I would never be here, but here I am.
