But but the ferries
👇
Went largely unnoticed but Hegseth on Iran said the U.S. would provide "no quarter, no mercy for our enemies" during his press conference today.
"No quarter" is a violation of international humanitarian law.

See you at the SNP conference tomorrow.
Here’s a wee preview of what my speech will be about - you can also live stream it on the SNP YouTube and other channels.
This is the only post that is relevant here - James please quote post the Guardian!
another reasons not to vote Labour 👇
What Anas Sarwar doesn’t realise - or doesn’t care about - is that every time he pushes his lies and attacks on the Scottish Government, he’s undermining the outstanding work of Scotland’s emergency services and NHS staff.
They deserve support, not political point-scoring.
He has to be stopped.
As a public servant, Sarwar should step down as leader for misusing his position and media presence! @anassarwar.bsky.social
Fire chief accuses Anas Sarwar of spreading ‘inaccurate’ information after fire
www.thenational.scot/news/2593520...
But we both know that he won’t be publicly challenged on air to do so. Holyrood closes today for the pre election recess. No journalist will ask him to retract and apologise! So he gets away with it- again! 😡
So she is now giving the Greens the SNP treatment. Can’t be bothered watching her even in other programs.
👇👇👇 So BBC in Scotland will have to think up another SNPBAD headline! 👏👏👏
All Scottish school strikes suspended as deal reached

We've hit our stretch target of £120,000! 🎉💛
Can we hit £150,000?
We don’t have billionaire donors - just people who believe Scotland can do better.

Sarwar is a lying Labour scumbag and I hope he loses his seat in May, so desperate to pin anything on SNP govt he would lie about a disaster, utter scum.

Thirty years ago, 16 children and their teacher were killed at Dunblane Primary School and 15 more children were injured.
Scotland will never forget the suffering and the unimaginable loss the families have endured. We will always hold them all in our hearts.
I’m pleased that agreement has been reached with the EIS and COSLA to suspend planned teacher strikes.
This deal supports teachers, protects learning time for pupils, especially those preparing for exams, and shows what can be achieved through constructive partnership.
Kind-hearted Glasgow nursery children have thanked firefighters at the Union Street site with a sweet gesture
The only matter which is 'ludicrous' is that a total dumplin' like Farage is listened to.
There are very good reasons for handguns being banned. There are very good reasons why Farage should remain politically irrelevant.
Too many young people are stuck in the rent trap and can't afford a home of their own.
If re-elected, the SNP Government will help first-time buyers with up to £10,000 towards their deposit - unlocking home ownership for a new generation in Scotland.
A top firefighter boss has accused Anas Sarwar of sharing 'inaccurate and alarmist' information after suggesting fire crews were inadequately equipped to deal with the major blaze on Union Street last weekend
People must waken up to Labour’s criticism, inaccurate criticism, of Scotland. Do not vote for them simply because they lie.

Inaccurate attack on SNP
tax policy Even Paul Hutcheon, the political editor of the Labour-friendly Daily Record, got involved, writing: “A ‘Labour’ politician complaining about a council tax revaluation of the most expensive houses in Edinburgh. Dismal.”
Since he took office THE FIRST TIME
Maybe not one single day!
He should be ashamed of himself but typical Labour spouting utter garbage.
Leaders like Sarwar who lie to the public & parliament & use a tragedy in Glasgow to engender political support are utterly despicable. And are unfit for office. But just the latest desperate tactic from read-my-lips Sarwar.

PERSON OF THE DAY. 13 March 1901. Scottish-born steel tycoon Andrew Carnegie announced he was retiring from business and would spend the rest of his days giving away his huge fortune. His philanthropy had special emphasis on libraries, education, science and world peace.
Such a pity today’s rich cannot be as giving as Carnegie. Maybe people would have more respect for them instead of thing they are just rich, selfish barstewards!
I’m sure this be very useful for Scotland at the UN when the English Gvt tells them Scotland isn’t a colony because it has self governance.
I was DHT teaching at the time, my own children were just a little older than the 16 P.1s who were murdered. We signed the petition to have handguns banned because our HT was friendly with the head of Dunblane. We donated to the Snowdrop appeal & the Gwen Mayor trust. School security was enhanced.
A time I will never forget. I took an assembly the following day and all our P1 children were sitting at the front. It broke my heart, so many teachers openly crying. A dreadful time.
We’ve reached £80,000!
We're now only £20,000 away from our initial target of £100,000.
