"I was on my way to show them a new skill I learned that had nothing to do with pirating as well when I heard it.. I'm /tired/ of hearing about it.. Ma can be frustrated, but she doesn't need to make me feel bad constantly about something I /can't/ change.."

"I never said she couldn't be frustrated.. but every conversation we have, she mentions it. And how she never gets to spend time with me. And then I stay home for months on end before hearing them say things like that when they think I can't hear it.."

"About what? So she can tell me the same story about how she feels like she was robbed of being a mother? As if I can do anything to change it now? Or do you mean our other mother that has scolded me my entire way through this journey of mine?"

"I'll be fine.. I figured out how to run it on my own fine.. and again, if I'm too ambitious like mother claims, then at least it will just be me going down, Rose.." He said with a frown.
