I’ve dropped 30 and have gained muscle too! Up to 85lbs bone muscle mass and down to 190 from 213.

It’s a weird feeling knowing someone is listening to you. Was there for a few years with one of the motorcycle clubs I was in. Also didn’t help that I had explosive and a firearms license at that time. Had an attempted stop in Sturgis by the govt, I took off, but my buddy got surrounded.

I hit that stage of development where muscles are building under the remaining pudge & I’m getting frustrated. The 6 month journey continues to get better. It started in August with eating Keto, doing 4 months of rehabilitation workouts & now more lifting. I feel like a better version of me!

Had to drive the War Rig, Lenny back to the Wylds compound today. The smoker truck is in the shop for upgrades and repairs. Long hauls and Raider attacks have made it need to be done sooner than later.
