She asked if he would resign if he resumed drinking.
He did not answer.
What I find disturbing?
He did not just say, "I am clean and sober since.." and give a date.
We are soon saying goodbye to a President who absolutely cherishes our Democracy - and we are inexplicably handing it back over to a President who literally tried to destroy it.
It's OK if that feels jarring and dangerous and a little scary - it should, for everyone.

Whenever disaster strikes, Trump and his heartless maga cult immediately use it to attack their political opponents. They make up wild conspiracy theories, and lie about recovery efforts. They politicize the victims, and try to distract from the fact they'll do nothing to help them.
