i've been watching the coyote on Alcatraz's progress with great interest. a week-ish ago, a coyote SWAM to Alcatraz for the first time and looked fuckin rough after the dangerous swim. but the coyote is doing fine now, gorging itself on unprepared birds & rats who are dealing with a sort of Godzilla

Reread the 2019 Death's Head miniseries the other day. I know a lot of people didn't gel with it because it was a lot of "DH stands around while younger, more popular characters quip", but I think building it around the question of "is Death's Head still relevant?" was actually genius.

Hoo-wee, get a load of Liege! Between Onyx and the Fallen, Leader class was the clear winner of AOTP in year 1, so I have high hopes!

Nexus is... well look, it clearly does SOMETHING else we're not seeing yet, but it's hard to imagine it being cool enough to offset Pancake Box Jet.

He most definitely wasn’t! But due to the missing parts, and some broken pieces I forgot to mention, compared to what it usually goes for, it was a pretty good deal.

The originator of the super-mode is an incredible find that I’ll forever cherish.

#1: Diaclone Powered Convoy (GiG Release)

PC’s a major holy grail of mine that I’m so grateful to finally own. It’s glorious as a figure as it is a historical piece. He’s missing a few parts unfortunately, but was able to savor most of them with 3D printing. (Just need that dam right arm for bug.)

#2: Animated Lucky Draw Megatron

We all know the deal with lucky draw, so I’m just super stoked to finally get him! He was a big one on my list for the TFA collection, so welcome Megs!

He’s also got one of the coolest comic panels ever.

#3: Universe 2003 Nemesis Prime:

Behold, one of the fucking coolest looking TF toys ever. The black and red seeping into one another, the dark lifeless eyes, his corrupted Matrix, all on top of the iconic BWN Big Convoy mold. He’s also one of the greatest obscure characters ever. Such a fun story.

#4: Animated EZ Collection White Starscream and Yellow Bumblebee

Been spending a while now trying to get all of the TFA EZ guys, but these specific two are a bit special. They’re actually the exact toys featured on the @tfwiki.net pages! Bought them off @msipher.bsky.social so huge thanks to him!

#5: Armada Sideways

This guy perfectly represents what the Armada line’s all about. A great feeling figure, fun to transform, and super fun gimmicks through the power of (2!) Mini Cons. He’s also one of those toys that the fiction behind him was a big motivator for getting him. Will AOTP’s rival?
