I think it's good to just look at some animals or some pretty art or something nice to look at for a change to keep our minds from going too far into a darkness that can really take a toll on your health as a person. Just saw a repost talking about people who only think about the bad things going on in the world, while yes it's nice to stand up and fight for yours and others beliefs, it's also really good to take time off from stuff like that to clear your mind of bad things since we aren't built for that.
