It sounds incredibly naive but early on in my leadership I focused almost entirely on what
to do as a leader and only later did I understand the importance of also focusing on how to be as a leader. This conference focuses more on the latter.

Yes. There was concern in some quarters that the appointment of a former HMCI to lead the review would lead to a whitewash but I always knew that Christine would be robust, independent and thorough.
