The good news is my therapist and I have made a plan to piece my life together, dealing with all of the trauma along the why. We put those chunks in priority sequence and the final boss is my dad LOL

I also realized that I break my life up into chunks, so I have no idea what my life looks like as a whole. Not seeing my life from beginning to now has made it impossible to see how difficult shit actually was, hence the harsh self-criticism
