At 1035 CEST, 23.06.2025, the TROTAMAR III of @compasscollective.bsky.social could overhear a Mayday Relay from Eagle1: a rubber boat adrift, 60 people.
Later, at 11:10, TROTAMAR III could overhear direct communication between the so-called Libyan Coast Guard and the Frontex Aircraft Eagle1.

A ten-year-old Syrian girl was taken away by officers in front of her classmates during PE lessons in Naumburg. She is said to have begged the teacher for help. According to the district administration office, the pupil's family was to be deported to Bulgaria.

“The Hellenic colleagues who give their utmost to save lives.”
An ex-Frontex 'expert' ran a prison that was nicknamed the "factory of evil" because it produced record suicide rates and horrific racial abuse.
Now he is Malta's special envoy to Libya, in charge of bringing down migration.
What could possibly go wrong?
It would be interesting to know more about how the systemic neglect of hundreds of children in de facto detention camps - funded and monitored by the EU Commission - aligns with this lofty vision.
