Haha thanks! I thought really hard about those 😂 Aldaen calls Mavrix "My Orbit", she calls him "My Center". Zyrion calls Artemisia "My Shelter", she calls him "My Exposure". I wanted something that showed they're different, but they complement each other with what the other needs.

I love it too! I missed seeing him like that. Last time he was still a teen.

Oh no, Rhiannen definitely knows. But it's one of those cases of both of them trying to protect each other. She's trying to look strong and he's avoiding talking about it. 😔

After Rosemary left, Ash sat close to Rhiannen and placed a hand over hers, under the sheets. He was tired, but he knew he wouldn't be able to sleep that night. He wanted to be aware of any change that would occur to his beloved Rhiannen. Be it a good or a bad one.

She wrapped her arms around him and hugged him tight.

R: I have to go now, Kai is coming to pick me up. Be well, my friend.

A: Mm-hmm. Have a good night, Rose. We'll be alright.

Rosemary was about four months pregnant.

R: Hey, stop that. I didn't 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 to do anything. You're my friend, but so is Rhi. Of course I'd be here for her.

A: Well, thank you, Rose. I mean it.

R: She started feeling those pains again and... the doctors thought it'd be better to help her sleep with some medicine.

A: Oh, I see. I'm sorry you had to come here on your condition, Rose.

She wasn't alone in the room. Rosemary was there, waiting for her friend. As soon as she saw Ash walk in, she stood up and approached him.

She was sleeping now, with an oxygen mask that covered most of her face. Still, he could see the rashes on her face, a clear symptom of the disease that would manifest whenever she had what they'd call a "flare-up".

It pained him to see her that way.

As promised, once he was back to Earth, Ash went straight to the hospital to stay with Rhiannen.
