Daily mail article saying the Harry Potter series will be the steaming event of the decade

Lovely typo in a Harry Potter TV show article.

Graphic for Final Gravity Issue 11 with photo of David Jesudason behind a tap handle reading "Kelp! Salted Bitter" from St. Austell Brewery. Graphic has title: Healing Racist Trauma at a Micropub—Peddlers of hate. New beginnings. Kelp!

In his personal story for our latest issue, @davidjesudason.bsky.social writes about healing racist trauma at the micropub where he now works after years of bad experiences at other establishments.

There were two that I had. Jack Attack and Wizard or Wor. NGL when I got a MegaDrive the whole thing was a huge sea-change BUT the games were too expensive so overplayed what I had

The C64 colour palette is etched in my brain. Less so with the Atari 2600 because who gets that machine afterwards? It’s like upgrading from a jeep to a pushchair

Just got caught up on this and it's delightful. FWIW, I also had an Atari 2600 (and, later, C64) and the only thing I could ever get ET to do in the game was elongate his neck and briefly levitate. Ghost Manor and Pitfall were more my speed.

Pubs for the People by me & Vallu is out with @manchesterup.bsky.social in October. On how the pub can be salvaged as a space for the Good Life that goes beyond boring ideas of White England.

A bargain at £18.99 in hardback (cant even get 3 pints for that!)

Despite being fiercely anti-gambling, I really enjoyed this and have always wondered about these PMU bars. Great stuff from @anahlcq.bsky.social & @pelliclemag.com

Love this. It's about how Roald Dahl understood and predicted virality

I mean I love London Lush so I elevated that one. But if you factor in the location it’s a great option if nearby
