I totally get that. I still really do believe I’m just projecting on to other gay men. So when they have sex with a women, which is something I wouldn’t do or want to, it feels like a “betrayal” I guess. Definitely breaking the fantasy I have set (that’s all I can think of to why I feel this way)

I am also someone who is into feminine men and trans men, that still makes me gay because they are men. (I also thought I was bi but no full homo)

I know that’s why I was trying to understand why I felt this way. I honestly hate feeling like this and it’s my own issue. It’s not a rant on anyone but me. I’m sorry if I offended you, that was not my intention

I romanticized these gay men into my our fantasy of them being a 100% gay man like myself. So when they stray from that path (have straight sex) it disrupts that fantasy of mine. I know sexually is fluid and bends from time to time with it comes to other people and most people are Bisexual but identifying with their romantic orientation/ cultural identity because that's what they are comfortable(simplifies) with identifying as. I just need to re-remember that, so I can except that. I'm a 100% gay man and I need to understand that not every gay man is 100% Still don't know if I am being sexist tho

I think it also bothers me how gay men are fetishized by women and I feel like the women in these situations are playing into a fantasy of “oh I made you straight” and that really gives me a headache too

The only conclusion I’ve been able to come to is that I’m not comfortable in my sexuality and of what a gay man should be. I know sexuality is fluid and bends from time to time but I don’t get why not just identify as bi/pan sexually and gay romantically.

What’s wrong with me, I found out a gay artist I like occasionally has sex with girls and now my day feels like it’s been ruined, I hate feeling this way every time I find out a gay guy has straight sex, I have no hate in my heart for bi/pan individuals. why am I this? Like honestly this shit sucks
