Here are a couple examples of sticker style chibis.

Communication: after the winners are announced, they have 48 hours to claim the prize via DMs here. If they don't reply, the winner will be rerolled.
Prizes will be treated like a commission and follow my TOS on VGen, plus tracked on my Trello board like a regular commission.
