Tracks of missiles and drones used by fascist Russia in its latest Blitz air raid on democratic Ukraine. Putin's latest tactic has been to use sham peace talks and a fake "energy truce" to ward off sanctions and buy more time to destroy Ukraine's energy system.

Fascist Russia kept attacking Ukrainian energy infrastructure all through the “energy truce”, except for one day. Trump is either ill-informed or covering for Putin. Either way, it would be extremely foolish for Ukraine to rely on US security guarantees from this administration.

Yes. While Trump himself is not an intellectual (likely semi-literate) and has been described by close confidents as being "an idiot", he does display native cunning and a keen populist political sense. He plainly admires Putin, and by all appearances wants to emulate the Russian dictator.

That's possible too. Putin has, however, shown an ability to manipulate Trump, taking advantage of his personal animosity to Zelensky (whom Trump refers to in private as a "motherfucker").

We've seen Trump harden his position against Zelensky several times after it's reported he talked with Putin.

There was no “energy truce”. Fascist Russia refrained from attacking Kyiv for 3 days to give the impression of a truce (Kyiv gets in the news more than other places). Meanwhile, it attacked gas infrastructure & energy logistics elsewhere.

The “truce” was a ruse to hoodwink Trump.
