Could by part of Point 6, under allies' military aid, but the plan only assumes actions that the allies have already taken - giving military equipment and supplies - rather than more complex and controversial (and unlikely to be agreed) actions like imposing a no-fly zone and direct intervention.

My plan is much more fair and just, and comes with just a quarter of the points in the Kremlin plan.
