Drain bloke arrived after much rodding and jetting a big hole arrived in the neighbours drive under the pebbles and we discovered a drain inspection pipe which had apparently been blocked by a football .
the ball had fallen in and was producing a valve like blocking the sink water
Fabulous new optician today halted my eye exam and said you are 60 next week you can get it free come back then and I’ll finish it for you so you don’t have to pay .how lovely was that .in even better news neither of us need new glasses or hearing aids
Today started swimmingly well I dropped a whole pint milk which exploded all over the kitchen then when I go to put the glass in the bin I discover milk all over the garden and our bloody sink drain is blocked .I’m done with this adulting

Irritatingly my prescription prepayment certificate ran out a week before my 60th birthday I checked and my regular prescriptions would have cost me £89 for a month so £32 still a saving .makes me feel so healthy having to take a carrier to the pharmacy each month
