📌 Our findings show that higher AD genetic risk impacts brain structure beyond the well-known APOE ε4 allele.

📌 Stronger cross-study comparisons: CoDA allows us to integrate MRI data from different cohorts without extensive harmonization, improving large-scale research reliability.

🧐 How we use CoDA? Instead of looking at brain regions one by one, CoDA captures interdependent variations between brain regions, giving us deeper insights into:

📌 Stage-specific brain changes: We identified distinct compositional brain scores that differentiate individuals along the AD continuum.

📣 Thrilled to share the latest published study from the team led by #PatriciaGenius on a new way to analyze neuroimaging brain changes in Alzheimer's disease using Compositional Data Analysis (CoDA).
