ICE is using data from AI-based school surveillance to aid & abet mass deportation efforts.
If Microsoft is going to continue working with ICE, teachers are rightfully concerned about using Microsoft's AI tools in the classroom while students are deported. But Microsoft refuses to answer to them.
We know that there are two different realities in America–one for working people, and another for the rich, connected, and well-protected.
But we're going to change that by finally holding people in power accountable.
Congress just struck down a War Powers Resolution to rein in Trump's illegal regime change war.
I voted yes. Every single Member should've joined us to say clearly: No more endless wars.
No more civilians murdered abroad with our tax dollars.
No more US troops sent to their death for Trump.
It's about time.
But Trump's violent, cruel deportation agenda didn't begin with Kristi Noem & it won't end with her firing.
We need to abolish ICE, dismantle DHS, & prosecute everyone responsible for violating our rights, bypassing due process, & killing people in our streets.
When we have honest data, we can fight for policies that truly support workers, including Black women & communities disproportionately impacted by rising unemployment.

At a time when the Trump administration is attempting to scale back how much, how often, and how accurately labor data is reported, we must ensure our labor statistics laws keep pace with the realities working people face every day.

But we can't afford

🚨BREAKING: I'm in the Oversight Committee where we just passed a motion to subpoena Pam Bondi.
I'm looking forward to talking to her face to face about the articles of impeachment I'm filing and making her answer for every time she's lied, broken the law, & obstructed justice.
Republicans turned a legitimate investigation into a circus, and now the Trump admin is using sham investigations to justify their violent immigration enforcement agenda that has killed American citizens and immigrants alike.
We have to stand up against this authoritarian power grab.
My constituent and friend, Monica, was supposed to join me for the State of the Union, but her daughter went into labor after her son-in-law was detained by ICE.
Her family's story is familiar to so many families that have been torn apart by ICE.
