also worth noting that one is Low-power Schottky (bipolar transistors), where as the other is High-Speed CMOS (the later mos-fet rival to LS). They're pin compatible unles you're using them in something that relies on the exact propogation delays or voltgate characteristics. (early video or HDisk)

TBH, the disasembly's have been pretty well documented since the early 80's, otherwise we wouldn't have been able to write our own extensions, and utilities such as renumber & variable dump.
