-i think its necessary for some
-think not everyone will agree with me
-believe in informed consent and enthusiastically will go to bat for anyone medically transitioning
-believe everyone has the right to choose transition, detransition, or not transition as fits
reasons im not medically transitioning, in no order
-if i transitioned it wouldnt be for me
-it would be for the perception others have of me
-im terrified of surgery
-and since theres no set 'goals' for what i want to look like it would be moot anyway
-i dont need medical intervention to be happy
