Snoozed my first alarm but got up 5 minutes later.

Tomorrow I'm determined to start getting everything done on my list, I've been intentionally not doing everything for the past 2 weeks (because I just don't feel like it most days and that's a shitty excuse) and I definitely notice a difference. So it's time to start getting back to the full routine
Took a 2 hour nap🤦🏻♀️ I was doing so good then I went upstairs for a bit and fell asleep..ugh!
No walk this morning because it's super windy.

Took an hour and a half nap..now I'm gonna eat lunch and try not to melt (it's +30C)
Was very anxious on my walk today, hopefully the rest of the day goes well..

Dozed for 30 minutes then spent another 30 minutes just laying in bed. Finally got up to make lunch.
Wtf is wrong with my sister! Her alarm goes off for 30-45 minutes every damn day (sometimes an hour too), how do you sleep through that!
