Andrea Ferrari & Salvatore Provenzano, co-coordinators of the AYA NoE (WP11), had an isighful exchange about the JANE2 project.

They mainly highlighted, the relevance of bridging the Gap between Pediatric and Adult Oncology.

Hélene Antoine-Poirel & Inge Smeers, shared their perspective on the JANE2 project.

As part of the Omics Work Package, they emphasized the importance of incorporating high-tech solutions as well as developing integrated models from prevention to survivorship.

JANE2 brings together clinicians, and researchers across Europe to support Adolescents & Young Adults with Cancer.

As a result, developing new pediatric and oncology frameworks and expanding specialized treatment across Europe, will be key priorities to JANE2.

In his opening speech, Olivér Várhelyi, European Commissar for Health, has highlighted how JANE2, an initiative involving up to 29 european nations, plays a key role in Europe's commitment against cancer.
