sorry for whining about it here but i just needed to speak it out xd

cause expectations… welp, they draw some potential reality and if it breaks down, it causes worry and anxiety xd
those are the last things i want so i have to work it out hah
plus i have to look at it simply cause there’re many reasons why you don’t have a response and you can’t change it

and i see now that I wasn’t all the time like that - i just got used to it but I don’t like the way it determines my art path and clearly affects me xd
yes, it still makes me a bit sad but i’d better try to draw for myself and just share it, not to draw just for other people and expect something

like i was falling out of there and nothing could bring the attention i had had before (yes I’m an attention whore I feel my worth when people i care about pay a bit of attention to me and my work too)
and it clearly demotivates me when i feel nothing in response (like most of the people actually)

just some random thought cause I’ve been feeling pretty blue trying to understand why I got an artblock suddenly because I experienced it so damn long ago

i feel like during these months i barely touched my pen is cause i felt like my art meant nothing to my closest social ring

…and after mentioning that apple trend (honestly I’M SO LATE I DIDN’T OPEN TWT OR BLUESKY FOR MONTHS LITERALLY) and maybe MAYBE i’ll try it too 🫣 i love drawing profiles sm
