No not this one as far as I can see. I do like a massive physical book, it’s very satisfying to read irl, but yeah pretty unwieldy.

Very much enjoying the atmosphere of the new Stranger Things so far but there does seem to be a lot of ‘group of characters gather to explain what they’re going to do next’.

I genuinely don’t know what to do.

You ever buy a book so big, so heavy, so promising, you don’t want to take the cellophane off and start it. So instead you’re stuck staring at it forever, like the treasure it is.

ANYWAY I just discovered a stash of fifteen more sketchpads which Past Me must have bought and hidden so I’d forget about them. Which I did. Fifteen! Looks like I’m working till the grave then 😎

I have a specific sketchpad I use to draw all of my work on, but they discontinued it. So I bulk bought a load and told myself when I run out, that’s a sign, maybe I’ll retire or do something different. I’ve now only got eight left. That’s only going to last me a few years.

I stumbled upon this Instagram account where a guy goes into ‘haunted’ spaces and plays loud music, confidently taunting the spirits to respond, and I know it’s just silly fun, but there’s something quite liberating in the attitude. Going somewhere we’re told is scary, and taking ownership of it 👻

This is normal behaviour though.

(No shade on weight loss jabs, I know people on it, do what’s best for you. I just always found that vaccine argument to be a bewildering double standard)
