What is the behaviour you would like visual studio to encourage here, as one of the most widely used IDEs?
Regional member/functions naming prevents international collaboration on a project, which i thought was an important aspect of MSVS.

Even if both VS and Windows were in dutch or spanish or finn, I don't understand why this should matter - coding is usually done in english always, most accents and regional characters produce compilation errors anyway!

It's just so strange - i'm french, why would visual studio want me to code in french by default? Why would anyone be expected to write code in their native tongue? The standard has always been otherwise, coding is usually in english.
