True, but they had a 12-hour session for two tattoos. They could've at least gone through with one, then scheduled another appointment in the future for the second. Or if they talked with soren at all before canceling, it'd probably be avoided.

You had 12 hours free from 11 to 11 at least. How would a mere two hour appointment movement from 11-1 not work? If you accepted the time change you'd be getting tattooed rn instead of arguing your life away on the internet. Like he states in the tos, the deposit is non-refundable.

You complain about having your appointment pushed back two hours but yet you have all this time to sit and complain 🤔

Some people are just rude. They don't read and understand tos properly and when it's clearly stated that the deposit is non refundable. I'm so sorry you're getting mistreated like this, you've had a long last couple of days. Fuck, man. This shit makes me angry and upset 😭 😭

Reminder my tattoo deposits, as is industry standard, are nonrefundable. I have my TOS at the top of my booking form so you can read it over and agree to it before booking anything. If the terms do not work for you, that is fine, you do not have to book with me.
