Hell yes, I love physical media! Me and my fiancé are huge advocates for physical media. We have a lot of VHS tapes and quite a few vinyls. Vinyls are becoming increasingly popular and easier to access, even for indie people to an extent!

Question— is there a certain way to tag your posts if it is gore art in case your mutuals don’t wanna see that stuff? I have a piece I finished a couple days ago that is a bit gory, and I am quite new and mostly come from Tumblr so I don’t quite know if it works similarly or not? Lol

I'm a semi-retired freelance artist and graphic designer. Lot of my work is digital and leans towards darker themes.

I get scared about this too, even with folks I have known for a gooood while! On my end, if I turn someone down, I try to curb the pain by at least explaining why and offering an alternative if I can.

You have to create. Even if it’s clumsy even if it’s bad even if it’s something no one will look at but you. You have to. Water the gardens of your heart or wither.

I’m asking for clarification’s sake since I’m unsure about it, does this apply to games made as a social commentary on it like Papers, Please? I’ve always enjoyed the game for it’s social commentary on the subject and am now worried that it’s a bad thing 😓 (I am not great with social cues)

Unless you have a specific pipeline to success such as being a corporate vtuber, expect for your growth to be slow, for chat to often be empty. This is something that you can do your best to change but sometimes it’s just up to fate. Learn to love creating first before chasing numbers.
