Absolutely loving this game!

I'm a bit obsessed with getting everything I can out of the end game content even though I'm only level 60 out of 80.

Once I'm done farming wedges, and doing all I can for now, I'll actually play chapter 3 and get back to getting my trial level up for more content.

But seriously, Duet Night Abyss has been a lot of fun. I'm farming up wedges for my girl Psyche and having a lot of fun while doing it.

Also, I got lucky on the outfit gacha and made her pretty ✨^__^✨

Ok so, I was not expecting to be thoroughly engaged with Duet Night Abyss story, both in main quests and the several side missions.

I am impressed. I don't think I've ever been so locked in so early in a mobile game like this.

I came for the lack of character gacha. I'm staying for the writing.

Looks like someone decided to smash one of our car windows.

Doesn't look like anything was taken but that's something we can't afford to fix and we can't renew the inspection until it is fixed.

So that sucks.

Duet Night Abyss looks like it's trying to be as player focused as possible. No weapon or character gacha, all earnable in-game. They even removed Stamina so there's no limit on gameplay.

It launches on the 28th.

It's not even bullying. It's consumer feedback.

We don't want AI in our games. If Hoyo is going to double down on it, we'll just find news games to play and let them drown in their ai slop.

I've given up on Hoyo after this and hearing about the use of AI in Nexus Anima.

Hoyo has made it clear that they will go forward with AI regardless of bad press. The only option is to drop them and let them die.

We'll find new games to play.

On the plus side, I am VERY excited for Duet Night Abyss launching in like 36 hours.

It looks like the devs really are committed to a player-focused experience.

Maybe I'll even find the energy to try to stream during the launch.

After the new of Hoyo being deadset on using generative AI in it's content, have completely removed all MiHoYo content from my youtube channel.

I will not passively continue to support the company with what meager views my archived streamed might contribute.

To be very clear, Machine Learning, and generative fill tools like photoshop, things that cannot replace the artist, but are in fact tools for the artist, are not what I'm talking about when I talk about Generative AI.

Welp, I went from super excited to super disappointed.

Saw the trailer for Halo on PLAYSTATION and got super excited.
