This week my studio has been full of earring making and notebook binding. The busy work has been a welcome distraction from the persistent dread that comes with this administration and the hate they breed.

Last weekend was excellent ⭐ Paddle boarding, listening to local musicians, blackberry picking, and baking a crisp.
I was too busy to get in the garden. Sunday the zucchini were monsters, eggplant loaded with fruits, and the cherry tomatoes ripe! So I made a garden veggie pasta sauce for dinner.

I've been painting this mini badger piece the last few weeks. Just working on it in small chunks. I think today is the day I'll lay the last brush strokes on his cute freaking face. #badger
