Even though I went grocery shopping first time in 2026. Gargantuan geographic joy, well walk anyway. Not bad for one meal and walking around inside, too. Don't much feel like cooking, but it's past my 5pm dose. Downed a Peace Tea for calories.

Plus, it's actually 56 day.

Going to visit family later this week, but low on groceries. Thought I might grab a bite while out, but Skip lost them, and the other services are having trouble seeing them.

So, making dinner with groceries when I get home. Merry nothing today.

Huh. I love the manufacturer, but not this brand. 6.5% lies about its lack of flavour, as I love their over 9% brands. Oh, but they do have an excellent 4.5%.

Before moving to this neighborhood over 20 years ago, I had two dates here. First one was at a bowling alley that was part of a McDonald's ad but is now a condo. Next was at a fantastic restaurant on the corner that just closed after over 30 years.

So, that was complicated quickly considering I downed a Ole Tequila Sunrise before catching a bus about 11 minutes later.

No negative effects at all, but going easy for a couple weeks at least, for cost rather than (no negative) reaction.

So, apparently had a stroke end of April with no memory of the incident or 2.5 weeks of my hospital 3 weeks. 4 more weeks in an observation joint, then escaped.

Not drinking heavily or often, but no negative effects when I ostensibly ignore that advice to never for a year.

Had a Squirrel the other day with no negative effects. I'm going to go easy. My meds, which I consider excessive, are unaffected. I had nothing before my "trip" so I'm not overly concerned, but also going light.

Well, that was a walk, from my place up VP to Eg then LCBO near Warden. Luckily a needy woman put me off entering, since end of April I was under obs for 3 weeks, then conscious obs for 4 more.

One sad thought. My favourite beer store is going to be a condo, and though the one I visited today is closer, it pales in comparison for selection and variety, one of the old Brewers Retail types. Left empty handed. Better stuff on offer at the convenience store, and it pains me to say so.

Keeping true to form, compartmentalizing. This is my happy place, which explains why I post so little. My bile was on the other place.

So happy I was to get away after a meeting and a rush task, I forgot I made food before the meeting. Oh well, happy thought. One less thing when I get home.
