The "line" for me usually is about frequency and intensity of the message. But I am always a little cautious when cosplayers start posting about it.
It is surprisingly easy for the cisheterosexist body shaming bullshit to rear it's ugly head. Even among people who see themselves as progressive.

My cosplay hot take is that posts reminding folks to wear dancebelts/undergarments can shift very quickly from a friendly reminder to a very unhealthy and creepy obsession with controlling the appearance of another person's genitalia.
