These are called “accountability sinks” and as soon as I learned the term I started seeing them everywhere.

I was hit by two of these. The most fun team I've had the pleasure to work in ripped up.
Entire fully functional projects with cool new tech and years spent on them canceled to save money right now instead of seeing them through. It sucks.

The merch also looks super cool! But it's a pity shipping to europe makes it so much more expensive. I hope there are plans to make these more accessible for EU based wizards in need of a pointy familiar _/o\_
