Not going to happen as long as crapitalism reigns. It's doing exactly what it's designed to do.

I want STABILITY. I want a stable economy. I want predictable regulations of companies. I want stable and humane enforcement of immigration laws. I want stable access to health care, reproductive and otherwise. I want a stable world order, stable trade and stable relations with other countries.

The last thing we need is a long, costly, drawn out conflict in the Middle East. We have plenty of work to do here at home to help Americans afford the lives they want to live.

This is a massive deal. Aside from the expense, this is not a weapon system we just have a ton of lying around. You don't replace these easily.
