Let's make some noise.
“Is feminism exclusive to women? To be an ‘activist,’ shouldn’t men be more ‘active’ first?”
Curzon PR’s @shashtheeffup.bsky.social reflects in @prweekuk.bsky.social on the gender gap in PR leadership—& the absence of men in the conversation.

Walked through Tooting today, and heard my first "maza na aaye toh paisa wapas" today since moving to London.
Signs of making it to the big leagues: officially used 'value creation' in a slide deck today.
tandoori evenings. tandoori afternoons. give me everything. inject in my veins.

I do see this reason, but there is a lot to be spoken about in the cost v capability argument especially when you look at the scale of the difference in costs and the basic use case of using either models.
How convincing is it then?
Or are Chinese AI developers really crazy geniuses pulling the unthinkable by using lesser advanced hardware and 50,000 times less the money to produce something that arguably matches the o1.
Both seem equally bizzaire to me!
Makes you question a lot of things. Has US big tech honestly been trying to pull the wool over our eyes, with heavy markups, justifying higher investments in what they've been doing in terms of AI research and therefore charging bigger premiums in their advanced reasoning models?
Well open ai has acknowledged.
China dropping a super powerful reasoning model with super significantly lower costs than what big tech is faffing about is honestly bizzaire.
Who'd have thought 2025 would have AI taking over AI jobs.
the scariest thing about today was actually usha's smile
still can't get over melania going full zorro
Everything about Trump's inauguration ceremony today felt like I was watching an SNL skit.
Can't believe this is happening for real.
Even choosing Nikhil Kamath's podcast for doing it was because they knew the exact audience they wanted this to go to.
Nikhil constantly saying "I'm not a journalist, or a political expert", it all makes sense in a demented and fascinating way. Haha.
Fired up the Modi x Nikhil Kamath podcast out of curiosity but ended up spending 2 full hours of my time on it just because the comms person in me was fascinated by how carefully if I may say, choreographed or orchestrated it was.
I could practically read the briefing document as I was watching it.
Will drop a detailed letterboxd review soon. But do watch it if you can.
Again in love with the craft today.
After hearing so much about it, I finally got the chance to watch All We Imagine As Light today. And I was not at all disappointed.
There were so many moments that put a big, wide smile on my face that my jaw was aching :))).
Have so many thoughts having just finished now.
"Starting in the US, the company will be dramatically shifting the Overton window towards whoever can shout the loudest."
To quote the article, "Zuckerberg has said that the platform, which has more than 3 billion people worldwide logging on to its apps every day, will be adopting an Elon Musk-style community notes format for policing what is and isn’t acceptable speech on its platforms."
Nick Clegg's departure yesterday, Dana White's appointment on the Meta board today, all seem to be eerily connected now to what's coming on the 20th 😅 Instagram and Threads will also become what X has become today?
It is really shocking how at a time when mis/disinformation continues to rise, someone can openly declare they are removing fact checking from their platforms! I find it very bizzaire.
First of the many gigs as Tellermine.

Bumrah is making a 58 over ball swing like a pendulum. A spell that can easily sum up to the desert storm innings, if not more (if cricket weren't a batter's game.
and the match can swing both ways.
Day 4 of the boxing day test has been so delightful to watch. Brilliant display of test match bowling.
One of those matches that again reminds you why test cricket is the best format of the game.

It's sad that "Muskian" is becoming a legit adjective to describe movements (and policies??).
Comments. Gold.

Watch it if you haven't yet, watch it if you understand Malayalam, watch it with subs if you don't understand it, but watch it, you won't regret it.
