Okay, so, for I think a few years I've been listening to The Make Believes, primarily "You'll Never Change My Mind" (peak), and it just clicked with me that they aren't real.

They're a band in We Happy Few meant to be an in-universe equivalent of The Beatles.

It's not that hard once you get the hand of it. The only thing that is consistently difficult is weight painting since it's specific to deformation, but everything else (laying out bones, IK, making bone shapes) is consistent across all models.

I've rigged worse.

That would indeed be noticeable.

Honestly, it doesn't look too far off, just needs a good retopology.

(Though, if you intended to make it look like the ref with no shading and an outline, the poly density wouldn't have been too noticeable, lol.)
