How recent? I don't really remember.

I'm in the final stages of this video now. So, it should only be a couple more days maximum.
This is probably the most effort I've put into and longest I've worked on video essay I've ever done.

And the CD-i thing will have to wait a while longer. I'm making slow progress with that, but it's a complex project.

Just to let you all know, this is probably gonna be a busy couple of months for me, so the rate of videos might go down quite a bit from the usual.
I'm gonna try and get this Deltarune video essay done as soon as I can, but don't be surprised if it takes a few more weeks.

What the heck? I don't know what I did, but I got stuck on a hockey puck and softlocked the game somehow.

I think I'm gonna do a video talking about Deltarune. I haven't been able to get it out of my head since I finished Chapter 4, so I'll just shelve that other video essay idea I had for now.
I need to talk about this game.

The bucket loads of melodrama in that last act and then just leaving to walk home in the dark. No one around, no funny dialogue, just a sombre contemplation of everything that just happened.
And then you walk in the front door...

Welp. I just finished Deltarune Chapter 4 and wow, it was incredible. That ending, too. It was so necessary and unnecessary at the same time. It was perfect.

Yes, it's so perfect. Toby Fox is a true connoisseur.

God, I love that there's a boss in Deltarune Ch4 that so YTP-coded.
Essentially sentence mixing themselves mid-battle and straight up quoting a CD-i character several times.

I JUST started Chapter 4 and already I'm completely dead.

I've just realised that there will be over 170 clips in this Rash Cream Tumble Mega-Compilation... and there's not one single clip from the Balloon Bounce mode.

Yeah, I guess they were never gonna resolve the Omega and Rani thing in a satisfying way, but I liked the rest of it. The big battle was cool and the stuff with Poppy got to me.

I really liked it overall, but the final few seconds left me very deflated.
But no, it's not just you. I've seen a few others who didn't like it at all.
