Over the last year, I pressed the administration to fill the petroleum reserve, especially when the price of crude oil was low.

All American and Israeli raids are against regime and military targets. In contrast, the majority of Iranian strikes are aimed at killing as many Israeli civilians as possible. And they have killed many Arab civilians.
