Crazy noticeable results in two months. I wish I wouldn't have thought that tracking my food was silly. I still eat dank ass meals but I just adjust the rest of my day.

Whoop is out here trying to tell me 5 hours of sleep isn't enough. I used to only get 5 hours a week. Trust me this is good.

Been giving fitness another go. Went the extra mile this time and started working with a personal trainer. I wish I would have done that so long ago. I thought that tracking food was weird but I was wrong. Down 15 lbs, feeling amazing and low key get bummed on rest days.
