well there aren't that many non accredited schools that have curricula equivalent to a humanities phd program. there are a few other online schools similar to ours but they dont have the kind of focused research project we have nor any physical presence

because the biggest obstacle to living an intellectual life is the cost of rent. so if i can subsidize student/faculty housing they can save that money and have more time to study
